The classes at Honeyman Creek Farm include a full meal, recipes and complimentary beverages. Menus may be altered to reflect seasonal availability. Demo and Dinner classes last about three hours and Hands On classes last about five hours. Class seating is on a first come, first served basis. Register early as class sizes are kept small for a more intimate and interactive experience: 6 students in Hands On classes and 10 students for Demo and Dinner classes. Please note starting times of your class as classes begin promptly.

For hands on classes please wear closed-toe, low heeled, rubber soled shoes for your safety. Aprons will be provided.

Registration by voicemail or e-mail require: name, address, home phone and e-mail address. In order to hold a reservation we ask that payment be made in advance via cash, check or credit card. Credit card information can be provided when we contact you for CONFIRMATION. You may send a check for the entire amount of the class fee to hold your place in class.

CONFIRMATIONS
Students will receive a call or e-mail to confirm their attendance to a class.
Written notices of confirmation will not be mailed.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel registrations up to 7 days prior to the day of class. After that deadline, no credit or refunds will be issued but you can send a friend in your place. If you register three or more people for a class, a two week notice is required for canceling out of class.
