Classes at the Farm
The Kitchen at Honeyman Creek Farm hosts cooking classes covering a variety
of topics with a focus on traditional regional and ethnic American cuisines.
Emphasizing the incredible Bounty of Oregon, we strive to utilize local and
seasonal ingredients, whenever possible, providing a culinary adventure from
garden to table. In fact, many of the ingredients used in our classes are
grown or raised on the farm. Our intimate classes are kept small, providing
a more personal and interactive experience. Both hands on and dinner demo
classes are offered throughout the year.
Custom Classes
If you are interested in hosting a class at the farm, The Kitchen at Honeyman
Creek Farm would be honored to tailor a custom class for you and several of
your friends. Please feel free to contact us with your inquiries and we will
be happy to design a class especially for you.
The Chocolatada – A Chocolate Party!
Since the great Mayan kingdoms existed in the ancient world, people have been
gathering together to share in the fellowship of drinking chocolate. Enjoy
confections, pastries and, of course, rich, creamy beverages as well as learning
some basic ins and outs of chocolate. What a delightful way to have a party
in your home or private venue. We provide the chocolate confections, drinks
and pastries.
Food Celebrations
Several times a year Honeyman Creek Farm hosts a food celebration focusing
on a specific American cooking style. If you would like to be notified regarding
our food celebrations or are interested in hosting one, please feel free to
contact us.
